The Inspired Word of God

Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.

Rom 12:4-5

Guiding Principles:

  1. Consistent emphasis on praying for our church's outreach.
  2. CARE groups will no longer focus only on Sunday and Wednesday night programming. Each CARE group once initiated, should affirm their own meeting days and times, being sensitive to the needs of its own members.
  3. Child care will be the responsibility of each CARE group. Central students, needing Christian service opportunities, may come into the home or the church building and provide quality ministry to your youth. Call Doug for Central student names that have filled out a Youth Worker Application (263-4168)
  4. Smaller groups are VITAL to the potential of including new individuals and families.
  5. Consistent meeting is VITAL to the success of developing relationships.
  6. CARE group leaders should share, and develop new leadership within your group whenever possible.
  7. CARE group hosts should ORCHESTRATE (not PROVIDE ALL) hospitality for the group.
CARE group that are meeting at the TLCC facility need for the host to fill out a Facility Use Application in order to secure your meeting on the church master Calendar.
